1. Booking Retainers (Deposits)
To secure your event date, a non-refundable booking retainer is required. Your date is not secured until this payment is received. Because we turn away other clients to hold your specific date, this retainer is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind or event cancellation. The retainer fee will be deducted from your final balance.
2. Cancellations by the Client
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
More than 14 days before the event: You will lose your non-refundable booking retainer, but no further charges will apply.
Within 14 days of the event: Cancellations made within 14 days of the booked date will require full payment of the remaining balance, as we are unlikely to be able to re-book that date at such short notice.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to postpone or reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. If we are available, your booking retainer will be transferred to the new date. If we are unavailable for your new date, the cancellation policy applies, and the retainer is forfeited.
4. Makeup Trials
Makeup trials are a separate service designed to finalize your look before the event. Once a trial has been completed, the fee for the trial is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with booking Glow by Aasmi for your event.
5. Cancellations by Glow by Aasmi
In the highly unlikely event that Aasmi is unable to provide services due to severe illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement makeup artist of the same standard. If a replacement cannot be found, you will receive a full 100% refund of all monies paid, including your booking retainer.
6. Health & Safety / Allergies
Clients are responsible for informing us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to makeup application. Glow by Aasmi will not be held liable for any allergic reactions, and no refunds will be issued in these instances.
